Shipping policy

All items are sent via tracked mail.

UK deliveries: 2-3 working days. Please note that any operational delays are out of my control.

Special Note for all international orders:  I ship items promptly at my end but can't help with the destination country's operational delays. Although most orders are being delivered as normal, in some cases please allow up to 2 months for the item to arrive. This is rare and usually international orders arrive between 7-10 working days but as a guideline, please allow longer. All international orders will be sent tracked - I can't offer any refunds for the time held in transit nor for any delays or other operational issues, I can only offer compensation when items are lost or damaged.
